Vaultview – How To Solve Common Issues

Q: When double clicking to open an image I am prompted to logon to Vaultview again. A: With later versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer you may need to enable Internet Explorer Compatibility Mode. To do so follow these instructions from our online Knowledgebase. https://tronitech.zendesk.com/entries/22999466-Internet-Explorer-Compatibility-Mode Q: When accessing a document in the Vaultview viewer I am unable to see the Print and Email buttons. A: First step is to ensure the Vaultview Plug-in has been installed on your computer.
