Edward "Bud" Arkenau

Edward "Bud" Arkenau

President, CEO

Bud became President of Tronitech in 1982. He has lead Tronitech from being a microfilm service company to its current mission of offering leading edge software solutions and services in the Document Management and Content Management space. Bud began his career with the 3M company. Prior to joining Tronitech he was Vice President of Data Center Operations with Anacomp. At Anacomp he was responsible for multiple data centers across the country and assisted with a number of acquisitions. Bud holds a B.A. Degree from Thomas Moore College in Crestview Hills, Kentucky.

Chris Hollandbeck

Vice President, Operations

Chris Hollandbeck joined Tronitech as V.P of Operations in March of 2008. Chris manages all aspects of the high volume document scanning operation including scanning paper to digital output, 16mm and 35mm film production, COM, and fiche film and aperture card scanning. He facilitates two shifts and manages 20+ employees. Prior to joining Tronitech Chris was the AVP of Ace Imaging, LLC, an extension of Ace Mortgage Funding, one of the nations largest non net based mortgage brokers. Ace Imaging provided document scanning and storage services for Ace Mortgage and scanned well over 12 million pieces of paper per year. Chris is a graduate of Indiana University and brings a wealth of scanning operations management experience to Tronitech. Chris, a father of two daughters, is an avid motorcyclist and fledgling golfer.

Adam Jaeger

Vice President, Sales

Adam joined Tronitech in September of 2005 with the singular focus of customer satisfaction as the highest priority. Adam believes this begins with the initial meeting with the customer and making sure they understand their ultimate goals when implementing a document management system. One of Adam’s goals is to diversify the sales efforts by introducing document management solutions to all markets locally and regionally. Previously, Adam worked for Recall Corporation as General Manager for the Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Ohio, Alabama, and Minnesota territories.  Adam holds a B.S in Business Management from Purdue University and a Masters Degree from Krannert School of Business.

Mark Stewart

Controller

Mark joined our team at the start of the 2009 season. As Controller his key responsibility is to monitor the financial position of our company. Mark brings 20 plus years of accounting experience to the table. He holds a B.S. degree from Ball State University where he majored in Accounting. He spent his first 5 years working in the Hotel Management Industry were he became Credit Manager for the Adam’s Mark Hotel. From there he moved on to the Automotive Industry spending the next 18 years in the Finance, Retail/Wholesale and Auction Sectors of that industry. He moved up the chain and achieved Controller roles in both Fleetmax and a Division Controller in Auction Broadcasting Company. Mark spends his free time golfing, camping, and enjoys coaching both youth football and baseball.

Randy Wheeler

Sales and Service Manager, Hardware

Randall Wheeler is Tronitech’s hardware services and sales manager. He has more than thirty years experience in the Hardware service and Sales field. Randall earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Cincinnati State College and has obtained his Certified Document Imaging Architech (CDIA) certification. Randall is married and has two sons. He enjoys fishing and restoring classic cars with his sons.
