Charles "Chuck" Back

Support Engineer

Charles “Chuck” Back is a Support Engineer within Tronitech’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Division. Chuck joined the Assured Micro Service’s team in 2005 and transitioned to Tronitech after the companies merged in late 2006. Since then, Chuck has emerged as a product specialist with many different ECM products.

His responsibilities include project management and customer support with OnBase, Kofax Capture, Kodak software/hardware, and Tronitech’s VaultView suite. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), an OnBase Certified Installer, a Kofax Technical Solutions Specialist, and a Certified Document Imaging Specialist (CDIA).

When Chuck isn’t in the office or visiting customers, you may find him at a Cincinnati Red’s game or lounging in a southern lake.

Tony Boyer

Lead Systems Analyst

Tony Boyer is a Lead Systems Analyst within Tronitech’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Division. Tony came to Tronitech in 2006 with an IT background specializing in Document Management. Tony now has over 10 years experience working with ECM products and solutions.

His responsibilities include project management and customer support for, but not limited to, Oracle IPM (Imaging & Process Management) (Formerly Stellent IBPM / Optika Acorde / Emedia), Oracle Document Capture (Formerly Captovation Capture), Hyland Onbase, Kofax Capture, as well as Tronitech's Report Manager (RM Plus) and VaultView product line. Tony is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute, holding an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor degree in Automated Manufacturing.

When Tony isn’t solving the world’s document management issues he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Jason Shaw

Systems Analyst, Network Services

Jason Shaw is a Systems Analyst for Tronitech based out of the Indianapolis corporate office. Jason joined Tronitech in 2008 with 15 years of IT experience in all facets of support and administration of various IT systems.

Jason’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the management, administration and support of corporate network, servers and data center. Jason is a veteran of the United State Marine Corps and began his IT career as a Communications Supervisor in his years of service. He has multiple industry certifications including Microsoft and Comptia and has been trained in Stellent Image Management with Oracle. He is currently studying for his CDIA certification.

Jason enjoys concerts, college basketball and the Indianapolis Colts.

Geoff Fitch

Application Development, Data Conversion Specialist

Geoff Fitch joined Tronitech 16 years ago is our lead developer for the Vaultview and Report Manager systems. He also develops applications and utilities for internal use within Tronitech. Geoff is responsible for Tronitech's large-scale data conversions, especially those involving magnetic optical formats. When not working, Geoff enjoys crossword puzzles. He is also a part-time motorcyclist.
